With the heat index rising on the West Coast and school finishing up, why not add “Run a Lemonade Stand” to your family’s Summer Bucket List. For children, it can be a great activity in planning and organizing, not to mention, the math skills acquired counting all that money!
Last year around this time, our family and friends hosted a successful Lemonade Stand raising money for our favorite local charity. We managed to raise over $500 in just over 4 hours! For all the details on where and what we sold, along with the full setup, head over to my post titled Hosting a Kid’s Charity Lemonade Stand.
It comes as no surprise my children have since asked to recreate our stand and sell lemonade in our new neighbourhood. Since I know this truly is a childhood right of passage, I decided to create a set of printables similar to the ones I used, for all to enjoy.
Fresh Lemonade Printable (Print on 8.5″ X 11″)
Easy Peasy Printable (Print on 8.5 ” X 11″)
Lemonade Letters Printable (Print on 11″ X 17″)
Single Lemons Printable (Print on 11″ X 17″)
Multi Color Banner Printable (Print on 8.5″ X 11″, may need to print a half dozen or one dozen depending on how long your table is)
Simply print the files on cardstock from a color printer. For the banners and the lemons, cut around the lettering or around the outlines. Using a small hole punch, add holes to each side and use a thin string to place them side by side for hanging. For the signage, print and display in a frame or place directly on the table.
