Hosting a Holiday Movie Night

Doesn’t it seem like each year the holiday season passes by in a flash?!? Well this year, I decided to get started early on all the seasonal fun, in order to make sure we don’t miss anything on our Christmas bucketlist, so to speak. And one of the first things I wanted to do was a host a holiday movie night for my kids and their neighborhood friends.

So one late afternoon at the end of November, I setup the living room for a viewing of the charming movie “The Polar Express”. With a range of ages from 3 years to 7 years, I figured this show would be the perfect choice. I asked that the kids to come in their cozy Christmas pjs and ready to snack on some delicious treats.Holiday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's Chocolates Holiday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's ChocolatesHoliday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's ChocolatesHoliday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's ChocolatesHoliday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's ChocolatesHoliday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's ChocolatesOf course no movie night would be complete without popcorn. However, it was the other snacks that were the biggest hit. Along with cookies and sugar candies, I included some delectable chocolates from local company Brockmann’s Chocolates. Their bite sized Crunchetti with crunchy almonds and rice crisps, covered in milk chocolate were the perfect addition to the spread. And for us moms, the white chocolate version complete with cranberries and almonds were also definitely enjoyed.

The perfect addition to any movie night or stocking this holiday season are definitely these yummy chocolates. Crunchetti by Brockmann’s Chocolates is available at grocery retailers like Save On Foods, Urban Fare, IGA, Choices and Safeway.Holiday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's ChocolatesHoliday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's Chocolates

Not surprising with all the yummy chocolates and sweets they consumed, but so worth it!

I wanted to send the children home with a little something special, so I packed up mini red and white stockings with stickers, candy canes and cozy holidays socks from my good friend over at Petite Littles. It was such a fun afternoon, that we can’t wait to do it again next year.

Stay tuned next week on my Instagram account as I will be giving away a prize package to help you host your very own holiday movie night. The giveaway comes complete with three flavors of Crunchetti by Brockmann’s Chocolates, two holiday movies, Santa serving plates and napkins, and a pair of kid’s socks by Petite Littles.Holiday Movie Night | Christmas Movie Night | Holiday Dessert Table | Christmas Dessert Table | Dessert Table Ideas | Brockmann's Chocolates

Home 🏑Alone has always been my fave movie, despite the chaos of Christmas, getting along with everyone, being heard and understoood, deep down Christmas just isn’t the same without loved ones. I love how funny and silly the movie is but also the message of resilience through the holidays is an important one. The Polar Express is magical, the first time I watched it, I cried tears of joy. My kids are 4 and 3 and will just now start to understand the magic of the season, feel blessed to the their momma & and be able to make these special memories with my family. Thanks for the chance to win yummy chocolate , cozy socks and more, insta fan@plumerea
